She was a good one. Great comedic timing and folks say she was a nice person to be around.
That episode is good TV for a number of reasons.

She was delight. I loved L&S, and some of the movies she directed. I remember being so fascinated with everything she had to say when she was on talk shows (I’m old enough to remember her being interviewed by John ny Carson).
As a note, e very business trip I make to Milwaukee winds up with me telling some crappy dad joke based on either 1. Wayne’s World or 2. Laverne & Shirley. I don’t amuse anyone with those jokes, but I do love the feeling I get when I see in my head the opening sequence to the show.
